Chapter 7. Funds and Others
Art.27. The funds of CGS come from:

1. Funds allocated by the CAST.

2. Funds allocated by the supporting organizations and the financial assistance of the related departments.

3. Membership dues from individuals, organizations, and foreign members.

4. Income from conducting various causes and services of consulting and technological development.

5. Contributions from individual- and organization members.

6. Funds raised by the foundation established by CGS.

Funds of CGS are mostly used for the general activities and the principal projects related to various disciplines of CGS. Funds needed by professional committees are usually prepared by themselves.

Art.28. This Constitution will become effective after discussion by the Board of Directors, and reported to the CAST for record. The right of explanation belongs to the Standing Council.
Art.29. Local societies may have their own constitutions and details or work regulations, and report to CGS for record.
Art.30. The legal representative of CGS is appointed by the Standing Council.
Art.31. CGS may terminate its function under the following conditions. It must be discussed by the Board of Directors and presented to the National Membership Congress or the Congress of Membership Representatives, passed by more than a two-thirds majority by secret ballot, and approved by the CAST and by the Ministry of Civil Administration
